Requirements & Details:
Renter must be 23 years or older (driver must meet this age requirement) ● $1,000 security deposit (refundable upon return of equipment in good condition) ● Full coverage car insurance required (must be verified prior to booking) ● Maximum capacity: 10 passengers for the boat, 2 for the Trex (one designated driver) ● Driver’s license must be provided and verified for both boat and Trex rentals ● Booking: Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance ● Taxes & Fees: Sales tax applies. A $16.50 booking fee is required for each voucher (2-hour boat rental and 4-hour Trex package).
Cancellation Policy:
● No refunds, but bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance ● Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit
Safety & Insurance:
● Safety is our top priority. Before your Trex ride, you’ll receive a mandatory training session to ensure you're fully prepared and confident. ● The $1,000 security deposit is held to cover any potential damages and will be refunded within 3 days of the rental, provided the equipment is returned undamaged. ● Renters must show proof of full coverage car insurance (Bodily Injury, Property Damage, and Collision/Comprehensive coverage) to proceed with the rental.
